Soma means 'body'. Somatics is connecting body and mind through noticing sensations. The body remembers experiences differently to the mind. By listening more compassionately to how you really are, you help process short and long-term stress and pain. This always goes at the pace that is right for you.
The ventral vagal nerve is a part of the nervous system that helps you to feel calm, grounded and able to think clearly. Learning techniques to return to this peaceful state helps you to bring resilience and improve your health naturally. Breathing, Self-Havening and humming are just a few examples of this.

I have finally found a therapy that meets all my needs! Cranial Flow has helped me to ‘tune in’ to my body to hear what it’s saying, to release tension, pain and to let go of blocked emotions.
